I desperately need to swim simply the base of operations puddle is closed so im having to look elsewhere for my fix.

likewise, u can try going there and asking them if you can have a tour/ try out the facility earlier you spend the coin on a membership

Pretty certain you lot need to exist a member, if they let people in for free they wouldn't exist able to maintain the facilities.

also, u can try going there and asking them if yous tin can have a bout/ try out the facility before you spend the coin on a membership

The website doesnt say, that was the beginning place i tried. You can join without a joining fee for January but i dont actually want to practice that as then i would just be cancelling it at the cease of Jan anyway. And i dont know how long the base pool is going to be closed, it could be months (they didnt say why it was closed, simply that it is closed until farther notice), and so i would like to know that i had somewhere to swim fifty-fifty later on January.

that be a no unless they have that war machine family bargain going, and you or other is in the armed forces... in which case i think you can get complimentary membership or something.

Pretty certain you demand to be a member, if they allow people in for complimentary they wouldn't exist able to maintain the facilities.

Im not expecting to be let in for free, i merely figured perchance you could pay a one-time fee to swim.

Finally got through on the phone, i tin swim three times a year (woot lol) on a guest pass, there is a possibility that nosotros can go a war machine membership, depending on if nosotros meet the requirements, and then we're going to go check it out tomorrow.

I would venture to say that it's up to the local YMCA. Our local 1 has kids pond on Sundays and non-members can become. It costs me $3 to swim but my 2 y/o daughter swims free.

If the military thing is a bust im simply going to have to suck it up and go to the gym until the pool opens again. It just sucks because i am jonesing for a swim And then FREAKING BAD right now lol

the thought of swimming in a public pool makes my skin scrawl, it would exist like licking the sidewalk
